Practice Information

Yadkinville Chiropractic is located in downtown Yadkinville at 204 North State Street. Our practice treats a variety of conditions, ranging from chronic low back and neck pain, headaches, leg and arm pain, to rehabilitation following an automobile accident or sport injury. We can also provide information about improving your overall health and wellbeing through nutrition, exercise, and proper body mechanics.  There is no need to continue suffering, Dr. Leslie Horne can help you regain your health through chiropractic.

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment with Dr. Horne or one of our Liscensed Massage Therapists, please contact our office at (336) 679-8500 or email us at xxxxxxxx@gmail.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule. We offer early morning (8am) and evening (7pm) appointments for your convenience.

What will treatment cost?

At Tadkinville Chiropractic we have many “self-pay” patients as well as patients with insurance. For more information on insurance, please visit our insurance information page.  If you do not have insurance, some of the costs you can expect to incur are:

Basic Initial Chiropractic Exam ($##)

Before treatment can begin, an initial consultation and chiropractic physical examination is performed to determine the cause of your pain and discomfort. Following the exam, Dr. Horne will determine what the best course of action will be for each individual.  If warrented, Dr. Horne will take and read x-rays, on-site (not inculded in the cost of the exam). After your initial exam Dr. Horne  will give you a report of findings and set a plan for your treatment.

Chiropractic Report of Findings and Subseqent visits ($##)

 The report of findings is kind of like a plan of action for your care.  Dr. Horne takes the time to review the results from your first visit to formulate a method of treatment.  Each visit after the initial exam many last anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes based on an individual needs basis.  Treatment may consist of specific chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, and strengthening and/or activity modifications. Dr. Horne’s treatments are result oriented!
